The invention discloses an IMF watchband forming technology. The IMF watchband forming technology comprises steps as follows: step 10, a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) thin film is composited with a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) thin film together; step 20, a pattern ink layer, a gloss oil ink layer and a sticking ink layer are sequentially printed on the TPU surface of a composite thin film obtained in the step 10 from bottom to top, a part to be subjected to injection molding is obtained, and the pattern ink layer, the gloss oil ink layer and the sticking ink layer all adopt 3100 series produced by JUJO CHEMICAL CO.,LTD; step 30, injection molding: the part to be subjected to injection molding in the step 20 is put in an injection molding machine for injection molding, and the injection molded part is obtained; step 40, film tearing: the PET thin film of the injection molded part obtained in the step 30 is torn off, and the IMF watchband with the TPU thin film surface on one side and the TPU plastic surface on the other side is obtained accordingly. With the adoption of the forming technology, the formed watchband can be bent and stretched randomly, has excellent flexibility, can prevent patterns from scratching or falling off, and meets humanistic demands. The invention further discloses the IMF watchband.
