The invention provides development of high acrylonitrile butadiene rubber recipe for bonding FEP resin and preparation of a product oil filling pipe. In a rubber material, butadiene rubber with high acrylonitrile content is used as a major raw material to be matched with auxiliary ingredients including filling agents, plasticizers, vulcanizers, anti-aging agents and the like to be used, so that the butadiene rubber material has good oil resistance performance and high-temperature aging resistance performance, and can also realize good bonding with an FEP material at the same time. Meanwhile, the oil filling pipe has the advantages that good adhesion force is realized between every two layers; meanwhile, the whole of the oil filling pipe realizes good fuel oil seepage resistance performance; the discharging of automobile contaminants can be further and effectively reduced.
