The method comprises the steps of receiving a radio frequency index test instruction, and controlling to-be-tested modules/test golden samples to transmit wireless signals based on a preset rule according to the radio frequency index test instruction, thereby enabling the wireless signals to be transmitted from an attenuator to thecorresponding test golden samples/to-be-tested modules, wherein the to-be-tested modules and the test golden samples support the same wireless signal transmission protocol; correspondingly reading signal receiving parameters of the to-be-tested modules or the test golden samples in a wireless signal transmission process; and calculating the radio frequency index of the to-be-tested modules according to the read signal receiving parameters and a preset radio frequency index calculation rule. The invention also discloses a test system for the radio frequency indexes and a computer readable memory medium. According to the method, the system and the computer readable memory medium, the technical problem that the existing test cost for the radio frequency indexes of the wireless module is highand the test configuration is complex is solved.
