The device comprises a slide way for enabling bulk cells of the gas cylinder charging station to slide; the slide way is mounted on a forklift carrying route of the gas cylinder charging station; the slide way is provided with a guide part in the length direction; slide parts matched with the guide part to enable the bulk cells to slide are mounted on the bottom surfaces of the bulk cells; and an inclined part is arranged on the bottom surface of the slide way. Compared with the prior art, through arrangement of the slide way and movable matching between the guide part in the slide way and the slide parts on the bulk cells, the bulk cells can automatically slide to reach corresponding areas through the slide way under the effect of gravity, so that the forklift walking distance is greatly reduced, the forklift loading and unloading time is saved, and the operation efficiency of the gas cylinder charging station is improved.
