The underwater film damper has the advantages that the structure is reasonable and simple, manufacturing cost is low, the inertia picture fluttering problem generated when the device has/has no power displacement during underwater photographing and camera shooting can be effectively weakened, the underwater photographing and camera shooting quality is improved, the size is small, dead work is stable and safe, the comparison structure is simple, manufacturing cost is low, and meanwhile a waterproof shell and other devices carried by a film device are allowed to be used.
