本发明提供一种提高IC-RT-PCR法检测RNA病毒检测能力的方法,属于免疫学检测技术领域和分子生物学技术领域。该方法通过对PCR管进行活性基团的修饰,使其能够高效吸附抗体和抗原等待测物,克服以往采用未经修饰PCR管存在吸附待测物能力弱的缺点,从而提高了检测方法的稳定性和灵敏度。

The invention provides a method for improving the RNA (ribonucleic acid) virus detection capability by an IC-RT-PCR (immunocapture-reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) method, and belongsto the technical fields of immunological detection and molecular biology. The method has the advantages that active group modification is performed through a PCR tube, so that substances to be testedsuch as antibodies and antigen can be efficiently adsorbed; the defect that the capability of adsorbing the substances to be tested is weak when the nonmodified PCR tube is used in the prior art is overcome, so that the stability and the sensitivity of the detecting method are improved.
