The invention relates to an antibacterial flexible fabric. The antibacterial flexible fabric mainly comprises an inner layer made of chemical fibers, a waterproof layer and a surface layer made of natural fibers, the waterproof layer is provided with air-permeable holes, a waterproof air-permeable membrane is arranged between the waterproof layer and the surface layer, an antibacterial layer is arranged between the waterproof air-permeable membrane and the surface layer and comprises two structures including an inner layer and an outer layer which are interwoven with each other in a staggeredand interval mode, staggered cavities are formed between the inner layer and the outer layer and internally provided with bamboo charcoal fiber particles, the side, facing the surface layer, of the waterproof layer and the side, facing the inner layer, of the waterproof layer are provided with a first flow guide groove obliquely formed and a second flow guide groove vertically formed respectively,the surface layer is of a twill texture structure, and short floating warp yarn or short floating weft yarn are sequentially arranged in a ladder mode to form continuous twill on the surfaces of thefabric. The fabric has the advantages of being good in waterproof performance and antibacterial effect and soft in surface.
