The invention discloses a method for extracting flavonoids from Chaenomeles sinensis. The method comprises (1) adding Chaenomeles sinensis pulp and water into a tissue masher and carrying out mashing,(2) carrying out beating to obtain slurry, (3) drying the slurry in air, (4) crushing the dried product and grinding the product to obtain Chaenomeles sinensis powder, (5) adding the Chaenomeles sinensis powder into water and soaking the Chaenomeles sinensis powder to obtain an intermediate product A, (6) adding an organic solvent into the intermediate product A and carrying out stirring, (7) carrying out standing for layering, separating an organic phase, respectively extracting a water phase twice through the same amount of organic solvents and merging the organic phases obtained by the three extraction processes, (8) adding a solid drying agent into the organic phase, removing the solid drying agent and carrying out reduced pressure evaporation through a rotary evaporator to remove theorganic solvent, and (9) carrying out adsorption purification on the product obtained by the step 8 with D140 macroporous resin. The method has simple processes, realizes a low cost, does not need harsh conditions and is suitable for large-scale promotion and application.
