The equipment comprises a tank body, wherein a stirring device is arranged inside the tank body; an alkali liquid spraying head is arranged above the tank wall of the tank body; the alkali liquid spraying head is connected with an alkali supplementing container through a valve. By using a pulse type alkali liquid supplementing and adding mode, the stirring device and a baffle plate in special arrangement are matched, the generation of turbulent flow duringthe stirring can be effectively reduced; the alkali liquid is fast and uniformly mixed, so that the cell death due to mechanical damage and too high local alkali liquid concentration can be reduced.In addition, unexpectedly, the oxygen gas staying time can be prolonged by using a unique stirring paddle rotating mode, so that the oxygen gas consumption quantity is effectively reduced.
