The invention discloses a detection device and method for a touch display module and a processing control system. The touch display module comprises a liquid crystal layer, a glass cover plate and a supporting part, wherein the liquid crystal layer and the glass cover plate are oppositely arranged, a gap is formed between the liquid crystal layer and the glass cover plate, and the supporting partis located in the gap. The detection device for the touch display module comprises a sensing assembly and a data processing module, wherein the sensing assembly fits the side, away from the liquid crystal layer, of the glass cover plate and is used for measuring data measurement values of the sensing assembly and the supporting part, and the data processing module is connected with the sensing assembly and used for processing the data measurement value of the sensing assembly to form a distance value of the sensing assembly and the supporting part and comparing the distance value with a presetvalue to judge the filling effect of the supporting part. According to the technical scheme, the filling effect of the supporting part in the touch display module is detected, so that the product quality of the touch display module is guranateed.
