The invention discloses a gas supply system of a fuel cell vehicle. The system includes a filter I, a three-way valve I, a compressor, a three-way valve II, a three-way valve III, a filter II, a fuelcell and an air tank; the three-way valve I, the three-way valve II and the three-way valve III are connected with the output end of a controller. By reasonably designing a gas supply pipeline and a gas supply mode, the compressor is adopted to meet the gas supply requirement of the fuel battery and a braking system. The gas supply can solve the problem that the fuel battery and the braking systemof an existing fuel cell vehicle need two compressors, the number and complexity of equipment of the fuel cell vehicle can be effectively reduced, the overall quality of a passenger car is reduced and the driving mileage is increased.
