The invention provides a processing cartridge which is applied to an image forming device. The processing cartridge includes: a powder cartridge which has a powder inlet thereon; a developing agent cartridge which is provided with a cylinder, wherein a powder delivery port is arranged thereon; a ring of first projection stretched outwardly and being disposed on the edge of the powder delivery port; a first seal baffle and a second seal baffle, which are arranged in the space enclosed by the first projection and are rotatably supported on two ends, in the length direction of the developing agent cartridge, of the first projection. The developing agent cartridge can be conveniently installed on a developing unit, and a problem that the developing unit leaks from between the powder delivery port and the powder inlet during installation of the developing agent cartridge onto the developing unit can be prevented.
