The invention relates to a modified anhydride-epoxy resin curing agent, and belongs to the technical field of epoxy resin curing agents. The curing agent comprises 20-30 parts of vegetable oil, 10-20parts of phthalic anhydride, 25-30 parts of tris(2-hydroxyethyl)isocyanurate, 3-5 parts of a catalyst benzenesulfonic acid, 40-50 parts of epoxy resin E-51, 10-20 parts of glycidyl methylphenyl ether,15-20 parts of ethylene diamine and 5-10 parts of an accelerator m-phenylenediamine. The vegetable oil is modified, and then is reacted with the tris(2-hydroxyethyl)isocyanurate (THEIC) and phthalicanhydride to obtain the vegetable oil-anhydride curing agent containing a triazine ring. Epoxy resin cured by the curing agent has good comprehensive mechanical properties and a significantly improvedheatproof property.
