The invention discloses a continuous paper-making beater. The beater comprises a material inlet pipe, a beating chamber and a pulp outlet pipe which are connected in sequence. A plurality of rotatingbeating plates are arranged in the beating chamber, and a horizontal gap of 5-10cm is arranged between two adjacent beating plates; the bottom of the beating chamber is provided with upward air blowing pipes; the air blowing pipes are located at gaps among the beating plates; each beating plate includes a fixing rod and a toothed circular saw blade, and the fixing rods are connected to the side wall of the beating chamber; and each fixing rod is connected with swinging rods swinging back and forth in an arc. According to the beater provided by the invention, a material enters from the materialinlet pipe, beating is performed in the beating chamber, and the obtained pulp is discharged from the pulp outlet pipe; in the beating chamber, the material is crushed and the pulp is discharged during rotation of the beating plates; the air blowing pipes are arranged at the bottom of the beating chamber, the air blowing pipes maintain the interior of the beating chamber to be a flowing environment, material fragments are not pressed downwards, and pressure and obstruction to the air blowing pipes are not caused; and the beating efficiency is improved, and abrasion of the beating plates is reduced.
