The invention discloses a method for exciting zinc active ions in cosmetics. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an electrode pair ion source and cosmetic activating liquid in advance; and (2) during the use process of the cosmetics, enabling the electrode pair ion source and the cosmetic activating liquid prepared in the previous step to sufficiently contact, thus a primary battery system is formed, wherein zinc serving as the positive electrode realizes accelerated corrosion and dissolving, and generates zinc active ions in the solution system. For the method for excitingzinc active ions in cosmetics provided by the invention, the operation is simple and feasible, the pH value of the cosmetics and the concentration of the zinc active ions can be immediately adjusted,the adopted electrode pair ion source forms the primary battery system after sufficiently contacting the cosmetic activating liquid, compared with that of the ion source not adopting the electrode pair, the exciting speed of the zinc active ions is higher.
