The invention relates to a water floating wind driven generator built on a vine pressure buoyancy raft, and belongs to the technical field of environmental protection. A wind power support column anda wind driven generator are mounted at the front part of the upper surface of the vine pressure buoyancy raft; and a wind power controller is mounted on the side surface of the wind power support column. A micro inverter and an energy storage battery are mounted at the back part of the upper surface of the vine pressure buoyancy raft; and an electric water quality purifier is mounted on the left wall surface of the back side wall of the vine pressure buoyancy raft. Wind power blows blades to rotate to drive the wind driven generator to generate current; current output by the wind driven generator is input into the wind power controller through a lead; the current output from the wind power controller is input into the micro inverter through a lead; the current output from the micro inverter is input into the energy storage battery through a lead for storage of electric energy; the current output from the micro inverter is input into the electric water quality purifier through a lead; and electric power drives the electric water quality purifier to operate, so that sucked lake water flows through three layers of filter screens to remove pollutants in the lake water to improve the water quality.
