The invention provides a torsion indicating wrench which comprises the components of a body with a pulling part and a supporting part, wherein the pulling part can drive a working member, and the bodyhas a radial line which divides the torsion indicating wrench area into a counterclockwise-side area and a clockwise-side area; a torsion rod which comprises a first end and a second end, wherein thefirst end of the torsion rod is connected with the supporting part, an offset segment is formed between the first end and the second end of the torsion rod, the axis of the offset segment exists in the counterclockwise-side area, the second end of the torsion rod can be pulled by a user so that the offset segment of the torsion rod is elastically bent in a direction from the counterclockwise-sidearea to the clockwise-side area; and an indicating device which is arranged between the body and the torsion rod, and when the offset segment of the torsion rod elastically bends from the counterclockwise-side area to the clockwise-side area, the user can observe a torsion value.
