Current generated when sunlight irradiates a solar battery on the photovoltaic power supply ship is transmitted into an inverter on the photovoltaic power supply ship, the current output from the inverter is transmitted into a first transformer on a first bamboo winding composite pressure supporting rod on the bamboo winding composite pressure floating box through a wire, the current output from the first transformer is transmitted into a second transformer on asecond bamboo winding composite pressure supporting rod on the electric communication working ship through a waterproof sealing socked and a control circuit which are used for current input and a waterproof sealing socket and a wire which are used for current output, and then power is supplied to a communication device through an energy storage battery and a second electronic computer, so that thepower requirement of communication is guaranteed. The bamboo winding composite pressure floating box is used for supporting the overwater charging pile so that water pollution can be effectively prevented.
