The invention discloses an air outlet with a good dust-proof effect for a new energy vehicle. The air outlet comprises a mounting panel and an air outlet pipe of a square pipe structure. Screw holes distributed at the equal distance are formed in the open edge of the top end of the air outlet pipe. Rectangular holes are formed in the inner walls of the two opposite sides of the air outlet pipe correspondingly, and fixing blocks are welded into the rectangular holes correspondingly. Sliding bearings are mounted in the middles of the fixing blocks in an embedded mode correspondingly. The same air guiding plate is rotationally connected between every two opposite sliding bearings. Round rods are connected to the two ends of the air guiding plates in an inserted mode correspondingly, and the top ends of the round rods are in key connection with driven gears. An angle steel sliding rail is welded to the outer wall of the side, close to the driven gears, of the air outlet pipe, and a rack isslidably connected into a sliding grove of the angle steel sliding rail.
