The present invention provides an encoder system. The encoder system includes a processor, a photosensitive element, a comparator component, and an operation amplifier component, wherein the photosensitive element, the comparator component, and the operation amplifier component are independent from the processor; the photosensitive element includes at least one set of first output terminals and atleast one set of second output terminals, and each set of the first output terminals and each set of the second output terminals respectively output a set of sine and cosine signals; the first outputterminals of the photosensitive element are connected to an input terminal of the comparator component, and the second output terminals are connected to the input terminal of the operation amplifiercomponent; the output terminal of the comparator component is connected to a first input pin of the processor; and the output terminal of the operation amplifier component is connected to a second input pin of the processor. The encoder system pre-processes the signal output from the photosensitive element through the comparator component and the operational amplifier component, generates a position signal by the processor according to the pre-processed signal, and has the advantages of being simple in structure, being low in cost, and being convenient for function expansion.
