The invention relates to the technical field of LED (Light Emitting Diode) light-dimming and color-matching circuits and in particular relates to a light-dimming and color-matching circuit capable ofconnecting LED assemblies based on two lead wires. The light-dimming and color-matching circuit comprises a power supply controller and an LED lamp; the two lead wires are arranged outside the power supply controller; the LED lamp is electrically connected with the power supply controller through the two lead wires. According to the light-dimming and color-matching circuit provided by the invention, the problems in the prior art that the color temperature and brightness of a lamp bulb are adjusted by adopting three electric wire so that a lead wire structure is complicated, and improvement isdifficult to carry out on basis of an existing light-dimming and color-matching circuit are solved.
