The invention provides a technology for processing an aluminum alloy large annular workpiece with a countersink by utilizing an equal-thickness plate and belongs to the field of a cold processing industry. The technology comprises the following steps: (1) purchasing a sheet material which is as thick as a part to process the large annular workpiece with the countersink; (2) realizing the requirements of rapidly positioning, avoiding locking of a processing position and shortening the length of a cutter by utilizing a special tool; (3) uniformly locking and compacting the workpiece; (4) realizing drawing requirements by combining an effective technological method. The difficulty of processing parts by adopting the equal-thickness plate is overcome and batch production is realized; no abnormal conditions occur, and the material cost and the processing cost are greatly reduced.
