The invention provides a compact high-voltage switch assembly, which comprises a power supply circuit, a plurality of unit switch circuits and a plurality of connecting pieces. Each open unit switch circuit is independently arranged on a PCB board, and each PCB board is fixedly connected with each other through a connecting piece. A switch circuit of each unit is separately supplied with power bythat power supply circuit. The scheme adopts a switch to adjust the pulse width, repetition frequency, voltage and other parameters of the pulse source simultaneously, which greatly improves the multifunctional application of a single pulse source, and can be widely used in various high-speed and high-voltage testing instruments, plasma generator, laser driving and other fields.
