The present invention provides a method for preparing wettability difference and inducing and forming pattern on paper. The method comprises the steps of: performing hydrophobic modification of an aqueous glazing oil to obtain stably dispersed hydrophobic modification gloss oil; printing the hydrophobic modification gloss oil on the surface of the paper to obtain wettability difference; coating conductive ink at the surface of the paper having the wettability difference, and employing the wettability difference to obtain a corresponding conductive pattern. The method can simply and rapidly construct the wettability difference on the paper and can achieve induction and preparation of a fine pattern with smooth edges and high electrical conductivity by employing the wettability difference.
