The invention relates to a wireless while drilling gamma measuring unit test system and a use method. The system comprises a support table frame, a simulated formation pipeline assembly and a tested gamma assembly, wherein the simulated formation pipeline is glidingly arranged on the upper part of the support table frame in the length direction of the support table frame; the tested gamma assemblyis arranged in the simulated formation pipeline assembly in a horizontally penetrating way; a main shaft power assembly used for tightly clamping the left end part of the tested gamma assembly and providing the rotating power for the tested gamma assembly is arranged at the left side of the upper part of the support table frame; a support tail seat assembly used for tightly clamping the right endpart of the tested gamma assembly is arranged at the right side of the upper part of the support table frame; a rack transmission assembly capable of moving in the length direction is arranged at thebottom of the simulated formation pipeline assembly. The main shaft power assembly is used for simulating the azimuth gamma drill collar rotation; the rack transmission assembly is used for simulating the azimuth gamma drilling, so that the real composite drilling condition of a drilling well is completely simulated.
