The precision multi-edge milling cutter comprises a cutter head, an end edge, a cutter handle, a base, positioning grooves and a mountinghole. A plurality of evenly distributed cutting edges are arranged on the cutter head. A chip removing groove is formed between every two adjacent cutting edges. The end edge is arranged at the edgeside of the front end of the cutter head and is smoothly connected with the cutting edges. The end edge protrudes forwards from the front end face of the cutter head. A front convex reinforcing part for reinforcing the strength of the end edge is arranged on the position, corresponding to the end edge, of the front end face of the cutter head. The cutter head is integrally formed at the front endof the cutter handle. The base is integrally formed at the tail end of the cutter handle. The base is provided with a first clamping surface and a second clamping surface, wherein the first clamping surface is positioned at the tail end of the base, and the second clamping surface is positioned at the tail end of the first clamping surface. The positioning grooves are formed in two sides of the second clamping surface, and the mounting hole is formed in the center of the lower surface of the base.
