The invention discloses an LED dimmer, an LED dimmer system and a control method thereof. The LED dimmer comprises a dimming module and a bypass module connected between a first AC input end and a second AC input end in series, wherein the dimming module receives a dimming control signal and acquires dimming data according to the dimming control signal, load impedances of the dimming module and the bypass module match with each other so as to form a power carrier loop, so that the dimming data is superposed onto an AC voltage so as to generate a carrier signal. The LED dimmer is integrated with a signal receiving module and a bypass module, can provide a carrier signal for multiple LED drive circuits so as to improve interference resistance, can simplify a circuit structure and volume of an LED drive circuit packaged in an LED bulb, so as to be packaged into a small LED bulb.
