The invention belongs to the field of preparation of chemical intermediates and specifically relates to a preparation method of an aminodithioformate type compound. The preparation method is characterized by enabling amine, carbon disulfide and halogenated hydrocarbon to react under room temperature by adopting a one-pot method in the presence of anhydrous potassium phosphate to prepare aminodithioformate. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that raw materials are easy to obtain and are relatively common; a strong alkaline condition is not needed; an intermediate does not need tobe separated; the reaction time is short; and the yield is high.
