The invention discloses a multiplication digital-to-analog converter applied to a pipeline analog-to-digital converter. The multiplication digital-to-analog converter comprises an operational amplifier. The multiplication digital-to-analog converter samples a differential input signal in the sampling stage, and performs subtraction and multiplication operation according to the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage in the amplification stage. The common-mode voltage of the first reference voltage and the common-mode voltage of the second reference voltage are not substantially equal to the common-mode voltage of the differential input signal. And/or the voltage difference between the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage is not substantially equal to half of the allowable maximum peak-to-peak value of the differential input signal. One of the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage may be a ground level. According to the invention,the overall circuit area of the pipeline analog-digital converter can be further reduced.
