Thelower ply (20B) has a main body laminated portion (21B) and a turn-up laminated portion (22B) that overlap with the main body portion (21A) and the turn-up portion (22A) of the upper ply (20A), and abead core laminated portion (25B) that overlaps with the bead core (13). The lower ply (20B) has a second inclined region (Q2) in the turn-up laminate section (22B) in which ply cords (23B) are arranged in a direction inclined in the opposite direction to the first inclined region (Q1) with respect to the Meridian Direction (MD), and the outer end of the second inclined region (Q2) in the tire radial direction is located in the bead core laminate section (25B).
