The invention relates to a heat balance temperature control method for a semi-solid die-casting forming open type charging barrel, and belongs to the field of non-ferrous metal die-casting forming. Axial deep circular holes which are evenly distributed and are not through are formed in a charging barrel body of the open type charging barrel, and openings of the axial deep circular holes are formedin the semi-open end and the open end of the charging barrel body. Side wall circular holes are further formed in the charging barrel body, and the axial deep circular holes communicate with the sidewall round hole to form 1-10 series loops; a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are reserved in each loop, and the other axial deep circular holes and the circular holes in the side wall of the charging barrel body are sealed; and the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet of each loop are respectively communicated with a medium of a heating device or a cooling device. By means of the temperature control method, the temperature of the charging barrel is integrally uniform, the coaxiality of the charging barrel will not be reduced due to heating and cooling, the charging barrel can be better matchedwith a punch, the service life of the punch and the charging barrel is prolonged, efficiency is improved, and cost is saved.
