The invention relates to a pasty material delivery device, a controlling method thereof and an engineering vehicle. The pasty material delivery device includes two piston pumps (8) and a valve (9). The valve includes a shell provided with two inlets (9a) and outlets (9b) in communication with the two piston pumps (8) correspondingly and a first plate part (11) for closing the inlets (9a) of the valve (9). The first plate part (11) can move along the side wall of the shell to open and close the inlets (9a) of the valve (9). According to the pasty material delivery device, the structure is simplified and the cost is lowered compared with a pasty material delivery device in a related technology.
