The invention discloses a microRNA omics data disturbance platform. The microRNA omics data disturbance platform comprises a prediction tool module, a publication module and an external service module. According to the microRNA omics data disturbance platform, potential correlation between diseases and medicines can be predicted through negative correlation calculation of microRNA expression data,accurate treatment medicines are predicted for more microRNA related diseases, and allopathy and allopathy are treated at the same time; through similarity calculation of high expression genes of different diseases related to microRNA, correlation between different diseases is established, and understanding, diagnosis, prediction and drug research and development of pathogenesis of complex diseases are realized. By calculating the similarity of high-expression genes of different diseases related to microRNA, the correlation among different compounds is established, - me-too and me-better similar compounds are discovered. Finally, high automation and intelligence of compound prediction are realized, and new use of old medicines, research and development of new medicines, optimization of clinical treatment schemes and theoretical innovation are realized.
