A BOPP double-sided heat-sealing film comprises a core layer (1) and an outer layer (3), wherein a subsurface layer (2) is arranged between the core layer and the outer layer; the material of the subsurface layer is polypropylene-based bonding resin, the material of the core layer is a polypropylene composition, and the material of the outer layer is a PETG resin composition. According to the invention, the BOPP film is used as the core layer, and the PETG resin is used as a main material as an outer layer, so that the BOPP double-sided heat-sealing film has the advantages of wear-resistant and low preparation process difficulty (good transverse and longitudinal film pulling performance during production). Furthermore, by adding an adhesive layer (subsurface layer) which uses polypropylene-based adhesive resin as a material between the core layer and the outer layer, the defects that the BOPP film and the PETG film are easy to slide and peel are overcome, and the BOPP film and the PETGfilm can be prepared through the processes of uniform extrusion and film pulling, so that the process is simple, and the production qualification rate is high. Compared with the use of transparent glue water bonding, the process is simple and environment-friendly (the solvent of the transparent glue water is generally toxic), and the peeling force and the heat sealing strength are good.
