The invention discloses a metasurface structure with adjustable light field amplitude and phase; the metasurface structure comprises a substrate layer (1), an amplitude adjusting layer (2) and a phaseadjusting layer (3), wherein the amplitude adjusting layer (2) and the phase adjusting layer (3) are arranged on the lower end plane and the upper end plane of the substrate layer (1) respectively; the amplitude adjusting layer (2) is composed of a plurality of oval or rectangular nanometer columns (21) with the same specification and different placing angles; the phase adjusting layer (3) is composed of a plurality of oval or rectangular nanometer columns (31) with different specifications; the placing angles of the nanometer columns (21) of the amplitude adjusting layer (2) are determined according to the expected amplitude of the light field; the sizes of the nanometer columns (31) of the phase adjusting layer (3) are determined according to the expected phase of the light field. According to the metasurface structure with the adjustable light field amplitude and phase, the amplitude and phase can be modulated at the same time, and fine adjustment and control of the light field arefacilitated.
