The invention provides a cleaning frame sheet inserting mechanism. The cleaning frame sheet inserting mechanism comprises a height compensating mechanism and a cleaning frame moving mechanism. While sheet insertion operation of workpieces is performed, a lifting mechanism drives a support plate to lift to the highest point, and the workpieces are placed on the support plate; the lifting mechanismdrives the support plate to descend onto a workpiece placing slot of a cleaning frame, so that once sheet insertion operation is accomplished; and the cleaning frame moving mechanism is matched with the height compensating mechanism to perform reciprocating motion up and down to perform next-time sheet insertion operation while driving the cleaning frame to move forwards until the cleaning frame is filled up with the workpieces. According to the cleaning frame sheet inserting mechanism and the cleaning mechanism provided by the invention, the height compensating mechanism performs reciprocating motion up and down towards the cleaning frame to perform sheet insertion operation, so that current manual operation is replaced, labor power is saved, and operation precision is improved.
