In order to resolve the problem of dewing and dust collection on the insulator of electric duster, a small chamber in which insulator is installed and that is isolated from flue is arranged at upper part of the cylinder and the insulator has a suspension frame at its lower end for installing cathode corona line to isolate the insulator from fume.
