A nano-BN particle high-thermal-conductivity silicon rubber composite insulator is disclosed. A silicon rubber base high-thermal-conductivity insulating material is composed of, in parts by weight, 100 parts of silicon rubber and 5 to 10 parts of nano-BN filler, wherein the silicone rubber base is 705 single-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and boron nitride particles are sheet-like hexagonal boron nitride nanoparticles with a size of 100 nm. The insulator prepared from the high-thermal-conductivity silicone rubber composite material doped with the nano-BN filler has highthermal conductivity and stable properties. The thermal conductivity of silicone rubber composite insulation is increased to more than 1.0w/(m.K), thereby improving the heat resistance and the electric erosion resistance of the insulator, reducing the aging speed and the failure rate of the insulator, and solving the temperature rise during the operation of the composite insulator.
