The pressing wheel device comprises a flat plate, two first pressing wheel sets and two second pressing wheel sets, wherein the two first pressing wheel sets are arranged in an opposite-angle manner, the two second pressing wheel sets are arranged in an opposite-angle manner, universal wheels of the first pressing wheel sets are located behind universal wheels of the second pressing wheel sets, andthe flat plate is connected with the air cylinder.
