The invention discloses a preparation method of a Yamabaki Ogon (a kind of cyprinus carpio) feed capable of enhancing immunity. The preparation method of the Yamabaki Ogon feed capable of enhancing the immunity comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials according to weight; crushing the weighed raw materials, and carrying out sieving; adding honey and water, and carrying out uniform mixing; carrying out granulating and drying so as to obtain a semi-finished product; mixing fish oil, vitamin A and active polypeptides so as to obtain a spray; spraying the spray onto surface of the semi-finished product; and then, carrying out drying and sealing. Appearance quality of the granulated feed disclosed by the invention is improved by adoption of the fish oil spray; and moreover, flavorof the granulated feed is also improved. Aduckweed material is also added, so that immunity and digestion abilities of the Yamabaki Ogon are also improved. Moreover, the other raw materials, including red bean powder, carrots and the like, are capable of improving color and luster of the Yamabaki Ogon, thereby making the Yamabaki Ogon more colorful so as to have ornamental values further increased.
