The present disclosure relates to an enclosure (140) of a vapor compression system (14), where a component (142) is disposed within the enclosure (140). The component (142) is fluidly coupled to the vapor compression system (14) and configured to discharge a flow of fluid. The enclosure (140) includes a hole (182) within a portion (179) of the enclosure (140) and a relief valve (152) disposed within the hole (182) of the enclosure (140), where the relief valve (152) is configured to discharge the flow of fluid in a first direction (200) through a passage within the relief valve (152). The passage extends from an interior region (145) of the enclosure (140) to an environment (144) external of the enclosure (140). The relief valve (152) is configured to block a second flow of fluid through the passage in a second direction, where the second direction is opposite of the first direction (200).
