摘要:
一种金属硫化矿的选矿方法,用于含有铜、铅、锌和毒砂的金属硫化矿的选矿过程,其特征在于:使用波特兰水泥作抑制剂,抑制铅、毒砂分选硫化矿。使用本发明的方法抑制毒砂,生产的铜精矿中含铜30~35%,砷0.1~0.2%,铁12~14%;铅精矿中含铅80~85%,砷0.1~0.16%,铁15%以下,锌精矿中含锌50~55%,砷0.08%,铁13%。对环境的污染小,精矿品位高,一种较为理想的多金属硫化矿的选矿方法。

The characteristic of ore dressing method for metal sulfurized mineral containing Cu, P, Zn and arsenopyrite, lies in that the portland cement is used as inhibitor to inhibite lead and arsenopyrite to sort the sulfurized mineral. By using said method to inhibite arsenopyrite, the produced copper concentrate ore contains Cu 30-35%, As 0.1-0.2% and Fe 12-14%; lead concentrate ore contains Pb 80-85%, As 0.1-0.16% and Fe less than 15%; the zinc concentrate ore contains Zn 50-55%, As 0.08% and Fe 13%. Advantages: small environment pollution, high grade of concentrate ore, and being an ideal ore dressing method for multi-metal sulfurized ore.
