本发明涉及一种用于淤浆床反应由甲醛和乙炔合成1,4-丁炔二醇用催化剂的再生方法,其是将废催化剂和甲醛溶液进行还原反应,经分离、水洗、干燥、焙烧后得到再生的催化剂,该方法解决了处理易分解、爆炸的炔铜催化剂的安全问题,处理过程简单、方便,产品回收率高,再生所得的催化剂具有与原催化剂相同的催化性能,降低了淤浆床法合成1,4-丁炔二醇的生产成本,减少了对环境的污染。

This invention relates to a regenerating method of catalyst for synthesis of 1,4-butyne diol from formaldehyde and acetylene by use of slurry bed reaction. Waste catalyst and formaldehyde solution undergo reduction reaction, and regenerated catalyst is obtained after separating, water-scrubbing, drying and roasting. The said method solves safety problem on treating the ethisterone catalyst liable to decomposition and explosion,has simple and convenient process and high recovery rate of product, and the catalyst regenerated has catalysis property same as original catalyst, while the production cost and environmental pollution are reduced.
