本发明是一种巧克力包层冻干水果及其制备方法。巧克力包层冻干水果是由新鲜水果经调味处理再进行脱水干燥至含水量在3%以下而构成核芯实体,然后在此核芯实体外表涂覆巧克力包层。本巧克力包层冻干水果不但具有冻干水果的易于保存携运和保质保鲜的优点,而且含有巧克力成分,增加营养,满足广大喜吃巧克力的食用者要求。

The fresh fruit is passed through the process of flavouring treatment, then dehydrated and dried, and its water content decreased to below 3%, then the dried fruit is used as its core body, and the core surface is coated with chocolate, so that the inventted chocolate-coated freeze-dried fruit can be made up. Said product is easy to store and carry about, its fruit freshness and quality can be well retained, and it also contains chocolate component, so that its nutrient content is rich.
