摘要：
本发明提供了新的人工合成的应乐果甜蛋白DNA编码序列，包含该DNA编码序列的重组表达载体，以及携带所说的重组表达载体的重组体细胞。所说的DNA编码序列基本上由原核生物体偏爱密码子组成，特别适于在原核生物体内表达所说的应乐果甜蛋白。本发明还提供了生产应乐果甜蛋白的方法，在适于表达该蛋白质的条件下培养所说的重组体细胞，可获得高的表达效率，所说的应乐果甜蛋白具有大于蔗糖甜度3000倍的甜度，特别适用作为不提供热量的甜味食品添加剂。
摘要（英）：
A DNA coded sequence of a newly artificially synthetic sweet protein, the recombined expression carrier including said DNA coded sequence and the recombinant cyte carrying said recombined expression carrier are disclosed. Said DNA coded sequence is basically composed of procaryote preferable codons and is especially suitable to express said sweet protein in procaryote. A method for producing said sweet protein is also disclosed. Under the condition suitable to express the protein, recombinant cytes are cultured to obtain high expression efficiency. Said sweet protein has a sweetness that is 3000 times higher than that of cane sugar and is used as food additive without providing heat.
