摘要：
本发明涉及一种金属复合体包套真空焊接方法，其特征在于：对金属复合体包套组件进行加工处理和清洗；组装金属复合体包套；对金属复合体包套内进行抽真空；将金属复合体包套加热；然后对金属复合体包套前盖与外套周边进行氩弧焊接；最后对金属复合体包套的抽气管进行冷压焊封，并在封口盖上保护罩。本发明与已有技术相比具有成本低、设备简单、易于操作，金属复合体包套内真空度得到保证，焊接质量好的优点，在大气中可实现大金属复合体包套的焊接。

The vacuum welding processes for composite metal jacket include machining and cleaning assembles for the jacket, assembling the jacket, vacuum pumping the inside of the jacket, heating the jacket, the argon arc welding of the fore cover and outer sleeve edges, the cold pressure welding of sucking pipe and covering the protective cap for the sealing. Compared with available techn, the said method is low in cost, simple in equipment and easy to operate and can obtain required vacuum degree inside the jacket and good welding quality. It can realize the welding of large composite metal jacket atmospherically.
