The pneumatic controllable brake apparatus is characterized by that its two brake beams are screw joined to two support arms of the brake, and the brake is installed on the bearing seat, and is connected with upper guide frame and lower guide frame of the bearing seat by means fo upper roller, roller sleeve and lower roller and roller sleeve, and the bearing seat is firmly-installed on the rail base of basic rail by means or rail anchor, anchor sleeve and bolt fastening pieces. Its release cylinder is fastened between long and short support arms of the brake and cylinder seat, and the main pipe line of the compressed air driving mechanison is connected with reversal valve, air filter and oil-gas device, and its one end is ocnnected with air source via shutoff valve and anothe end is connected with release cyliner via branch pipe line, and the reversal valve is used for controlling compressed air to drive cylinder piston.
