A 3-D non-burr hollow cold forge technology for precise seamless non-burr products mainly uses a pair of parting moulds, mould-protecting body made of PET or PVC, hollow mould core in needed shape tobe forged, strong rubber strip, freezing liquid medium and forging head. The mould-protecting body is put in merged moulds. Tubular blank is loaded in hollow mould core, and strong rubber strip is put in the blank. The freezing liquid medium is poured into gap between mould-protecting body and hollow mould core. After rapidly freezing, strong rubber strip is forged by forging head to squeeze the blank into needed shape. Then the elastic restoration force of strong rubber strip heats the freezing medium, which takes the finished product out easily.
