本发明涉及一种活塞式地膜覆盖农作物穴播机,包括机架、排种器、播种器、地轮、链轮、链条及播种器,播种器为底部呈锥形的中空的杆状,上部通过曲轴联接在链轮上,下部套装在通过销轴联接在机架上的定位套内,并在底部安装防堵器,在播种器内套装顶杆,顶杆上部通过销轴与曲轴联接,具有结构简单、紧凑、操作方便,不夹膜、带膜;易于维修,适用范围广;能够满穴播种,解决了空穴问题,可调节播种深度、间距及行距的优点。

A piston-type bunch planter able to cover ground with film is composed of machine frame, and discharger, planter, ground wheels, chain wheel and chain. Its planter is a conic hollow rod whose top is connected via crankshaft to chain wheel and whose low end is sleeved by and fixed to the positioning sleeve on frame by pin and has an anti-blocking device. A rod is sleeved in planter and connected via pin with crankshaft at its top. Its advantages include simple and compact structure, easy operation, and adjustable planting depth and pitch and row spacing.
