The forming method of small-bore thin-wall metallic riffled tube includes the following steps: preparing a plastic bag which is filled with mercury, sealed and formed into a mould core piece with plasticity, and placed in the hollow shell body of the tube billet; utilizing the split pattern dies with prefabrication-formed riffled tube form body to cover and enclose the tube billet with mould corepiece; using the crown to apply force to the mould core piece from the top downward to expand the tube wall from interior to exterior to form the mould wall form body in the enclosed split pattern dies; then withdrawing the pile crown and split pattern dies and taking out the mould core piece from formed tube hole so as to obtain the required formed tube piece with riffled tube form body.
